The first five episodes of You season 4 are finally almost here! The highly anticipated new season of the beloved Netflix thriller has been split into two parts, with You season 4 part 1 dropping this Thursday, Feb. 9, and season 4 part 2 coming out next month. This time around, everything’s changed for Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley) after he faked his own death in the season 3 finale. In season 4, he goes by the name Jonathan Moore and is posing as a university professor in London, England.

We’ll get to meet a whole new batch of characters in You season 4 as Joe befriends a group of wealthy socialites, including one named Adam, played by Lukas Gage. Adam is an American living in London and dates Lady Phoebe (Tilly Keeper), a famous young woman from an aristocratic family.

Prior to landing the role as Adam in You season 4, the 27-year-old appeared in two huge HBO shows. He played Dillon in The White Lotus season 1 and Tyler in Euphoria season 1. You might recognize him from other shows like American Vandal, On My Block, Supergirl, Veronica Mars, Love, Victor, Queer as Folk, and Gossip Girl. As for movies, he’s appeared in the 2018 Sam Levinson movie Assassination Nation, along with other titles.

If you don’t recognize Gage for his many roles in popular shows, you’ve probably heard of him from his audition gone wrong that went viral in 2020. While talking to director Tristram Shapeero about a role over Zoom, Gage was shocked to hear Shapeero diss his “tiny” apartment before realizing the director thought he was on mute. He absolutely wasn’t. Shapeero continued to make fun of the actor’s apartment before Gage informed him he wasn’t on mute. The director seemed mortified and apologized, and later issued a public apology after the video hit the internet.
