Sky Rojo season 4 updates: Will there be another season on Netflix?

Sky Rojo season 3 is now streaming on Netflix, and tons of people are tuned in to see how the story continues in the third season. However, some people have already finished watching all the new episodes and are wondering if there will be a fourth season coming out in the future. Sky Rojo is a Spanish Netflix original series created by Álex Pina and Esther Martínez Lobato. They’re best known as the creators of the hit Netflix series Money Heist. They’ve also collaborated on several other Spanish series in the past.

Sky Rojo follows three sex workers who embark on a dangerous journey after stealing and escaping with their pimp’s money. The three women must do whatever they can to survive and not get caught by their pimp and his henchman.

The gifted cast consists of Verónica Sánchez, Lali Espósito, Yany Prado, Miguel Ángel Silvestre, Asier Etxeandia, Enric Auquer, and others.

Is Sky Rojo season 4 happening?

Unfortunately, Coral, Wendy, and Gina’s journey officially ends with the third season. Back in August 2021, when Netflix confirmed that a third season was happening, the streamer revealed that the third season would be the final season of the action series. So, no, there will not be a Sky Rojo season 4.

However, you can look forward to more content from Álex Pina in the near future since he has an exclusive output deal with Netflix. A Money Heist spinoff called Berlin, a prequel focusing on the backstory of the character in the original series, is expected to come out sometime in 2023. Pina also has an untitled series inspired by the COVID-19 pandemic to come out in the future.

Although it’s sad that Sky Rojo has ended its run, Netflix is constantly expanding its library with great foreign shows and movies. So, I’m pretty sure you’ll find something of interest on the streamer soon.
