We still have a long wait ahead of us before The Witcher season 3 premieres on Netflix, but there is a new series set in The Witcher universe coming to Netflix on Dec. 25. The Witcher: Blood Origin takes place more than a thousand years before Geralt of Rivia came into existence.

While the new show isnāt about the characters weāve already come to know and love (except Jaskier, who does appear!), Blood OriginĀ introduces us to a great new cast with talented actors like Michelle Yeoh, Sir Lenny Henry, Minnie Driver, and more.
