Are you looking for something fast-paced and entertaining to watch this holiday season? Check out The Recruit starring Noah Centineo, on Netflix. With just eight episodes in its first season, The Recruit is the perfect way to spend a weekend, especially for those who are fans of spy thrillers like Alias, Nikita, Chuck, and Jack Ryan.

Centineo stars as, you guessed it, a new recruit at the CIA, but there’s a slight twist on the usual formula. His character, Owen Hendricks, isn’t a field agent but a lawyer. Of course, that doesn’t stop Owen from diving headfirst into a seemingly endless chain of dangerous situations and consistently biting off way more than he can chew.

The series also has a great soundtrack that includes an original score by Jordan Gagne and a mixture of hit songs by artists like Nelly, Doja Cat, Reignwolf, and more. Below you can find out which songs are featured in the show in order of episode.

The Recruit premieres early Friday morning on December 16, 2022, and we’re sure it will help Netflix leave 2022 with a bang. I wouldn’t be surprised if the show nabbed the top spot on Netflix’s top ten chart within a few days of airing.

Besides Noah Centineo, the series also stars Fivel Stewart, Laura Haddock, Daniel Quincy Annoh, Vondie Curtis-Hall, Kristian Bruun, and Colton Dunn. Will you be checking out the series this weekend? If you already have, what are your favorite songs featured?

The Recruit is now streaming on Netflix.
