Klaus checks all the boxes for a great animated Christmas movie. Stellar animation? Check. Incredible voice cast? Check. Great story? Check.

Klaus tells the story of Jesper, a lazy mailman, who is sent to a remote village by his postmaster father. This is Jesper’s last straw. There, he finds a toymaker, Klaus, in the middle of the wilderness, and to help hit the mail quota for the year, Jesper and Klaus team up to send packages and toys to all the locals.

Klaus is the best animated Christmas movie on Netflix, no doubt about it. The Netflix original movie was nominated for an Oscar for Best Animated Feature Film. It didn’t win, unfortunately, but to be nominated in this category is an incredible feat.

It doesn’t sound like there are many plans for Klaus 2, but we hope to see it happen!
