Happy Halloween weekend! It’s time to grab some caramel corn and other goodies and enjoy some Netflix shows. This season, the streamer has released some fantastic horror-themed titles to keep you entertained all weekend long. If you aren’t a fan of spooky, Netflix has a great list of alternatives.
Netflix kicked off its Netflix and Chills campaign in September, with new releases continuing through December. Check out great titles like The Midnight Club, Mr. Harrigan’s Phone, 28 Days Haunted, The Good Nurse, and more.
If you are looking for some great family-friendly Halloween choices, check out Wendell & Wild, The Munsters, Hubie Halloween, The Curse of Bridge Hollow, and Phantom Pups. A quick search of “Family Halloween” on the Netflix site will give you numerous other family-friendly choices.

Here are some of the best Netflix shows to watch for Halloween 2022, beginning below with the new hit series Cabinet of Curiosities.
Guillermo Del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities
A new anthology series Guillermo Del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities, is now available to stream. The eight episodes series features new stories and characters for each episode. The episodes begin à la Twilight Zone and Alfred Hitchcock Presents, with del Toro introducing each story while standing in front of an actual cabinet of curiosities.
These stories are set to challenge traditional notions of horror and feature some of the greatest horror writers and directors selected by del Toro. The trailer is restricted to YouTube because of its content, but you can view it here.
Unsolved Mysteries volume 3 season 16
The latest season of Unsolved Mysteries is in its sixteenth season and still going strong. This is the third volume of the Netflix rebooting of the series, and this season is being released in batches. Currently, six of the nine episodes have been released, with the remaining three coming on Nov. 1.
With the reboot, there is no narrator, but if you watch, you can see an image of Robert Stack in the title sequence. Stack served as a long-time host of the original series. The season will not disappoint as more mysterious deaths, baffling disappearances, and bizarre paranormal activity is featured.
Barbarians II season 2
Barbarians II is the second season of the Netflix original German historical war drama. The story is a fictional telling of the Roman Empire’s occupation of Germania that would lead to the Germanic Tribe’s rebellion.
This season picks up one year after the events of Teutoburg Forest from season 1. But the battle isn’t over. Season 2 will see new heroes, new alliances, and new enemies.
Daniel Spellbound
The new animated series, Daniel Spellbound, is now available to stream. Rated TV-Y7, this is a fantasy story set in modern New York City and magic is real.
Although the magic is hidden from the public, Daniel knows where it is to be found. He spends his days locating hard-to-find magical objects but gets into trouble when he finds something very rare that could alter the fate of the magic world. This catches the wrong people’s attention, and he could be in danger.
Drink Masters
A new reality series has hit the streamer. Drink Masters takes your average cooking series to new heights. Featuring a creative collection of mixologists, the series shows you the behind-the-scenes workings of some unique cocktail lounges.
Drink Masters pits 12 mixologists against one another vying for the Drink Maser title and a $100,000 prize. The competition is, of course, to prepare delightful cocktails, but staging is also an area that judges are looking to be impressed by. The cocktails range from dessert drinks to flights and more, and each challenge will test the competitors’ talents.
