While September may be a slower month for Netflix, that doesn’t mean there aren’t plenty of new movies and shows to keep you interested. This week, the lineup includes a new Netflix Original movie, a new season of a Netflix series, and a reboot of a show from the 90s.

First up is Do Revenge! The new movie stars Maya Hawke, Camila Mendes, Sophie Turner, and Austin Abrams and follows two girls who come up with a plan to “do revenge” on each other’s bullies.

Hawke’s character, Eleanor, wants revenge on a girl who made her out to be a predator, and Mendes’s character, Drea, wants revenge on her ex-boyfriend who spread a private video of her throughout the school. This is going to be such a fun movie!

Do Revenge comes to Netflix on Friday, Sept. 16, 2022.

Next up is season 2 of Fate: The Winx Saga. This show is most well-known for not being good and not living up to the animated series everyone loved. But maybe they will do better with season 2.

The show follows Bloom as she tries to adjust to her life in the Otherworld and get a handle on her powers. In season 2, fairies start to go missing and Bloom and her friends must figure out what is going on before it destroys their entire world.

The new season hits Netflix on Friday, Sept. 16.

This week also brings Heartbreak High to Netflix on Wednesday, Sept. 14. The new series is based on the 1990s series and follows Amerie who loses her friends after she pulls a stunt at school. Now, she’s trying to rehab her reputation with the help of her new friends Quinni and Darren. And she must do all this while dealing with school, sex, love, and heartbreak.

The series stars Ayesha Madon, James Majoos, Chloe Hayden, Asher Yasbincek, Thomas Weatherall, Will McDonald, and Josh Heuston.
