Selling the OC has finally dropped on Netflix and people are still in awe of all the beautiful million and multi-millionaire dollar properties featured in the reality series. It looks like Orange County’s properties might be rivaling with the luxurious homes in Los Angeles in Selling Sunset.

Selling the OC follows a new group of real estate agents at The Oppenheim Group’s second office in Newport Beach. Every agent is vying to establish themselves as the top dog in luxury real estate as they take on high listings with sky-high commissions.

Although it’s a great accomplishment to score high listings, selling the homes is even better. This season, there were many high listings, but not many agents were able to actually sell the properties.

Alexandra Jarvis and Alexandra Rose refer to themselves as the top real estate agents at The Oppenheim Group Newport office because they bring in huge listings and sell them. But did they sell Dolphin Terrace, their highest listing this season?

Did Jarvis and Rose sell Dolphin Terrace in Selling the OC?

Drum roll, please! Yes, the dynamic duo Alexandra Jarvis and Alexandra Rose managed to sell Dolphin Terrace for $20,500,000 with a commission at $615,000. The original asking price was $19,995,000, so there was a bump of $505,000. The property has five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and it spans 11,011 square feet. Additionally, the amenities include black marble countertops in the kitchen, an interior waterwall, a backlit onyx fireplace, a nice size movie theater, a home bar, and much more.

We learn how Jarvis and Rose got the Dolphin Terrace listing in episode 1. During a meeting at The Oppenheim Group office, Jarvis and Rose mention to the rest of the agents that they got the listing through door knocking and cold calling. Later, the jaw-dropping property is shown. But viewers don’t find out whether or not the property was sold until the final moments of the season. Jason announces to the entire office that Jarvis and Rose sold the house for $20 million and then tells them to ring the bell.

Dolphin Terrace might’ve not been the most expensive house shown this season, but it was the most expensive property sold.
