Look Both Ways is a romantic drama film starring Lili Reinhart, and it’s coming to Netflix on Aug. 17. After watching the official trailer, we can’t wait to see how the movie plays out. It has such a unique premise and the cast lineup is incredible.
Look Both Ways was directed by Wanuri Kahiu from a screenplay written by April Prosser. It tells the story of a young woman named Natalie who discovers she might be pregnant on the night of her college graduation. Her life is then split into two parallel realities: one where she’s pregnant and settles down in her hometown and another where she’s not pregnant and moves to Los Angeles to follow her dreams.
Reinhart stars in the leading role of Natalie. She’s also joined by Aisha Dee, Danny Ramirez, David Corenswet, Nia Long, Luke Wilson, and Andrea Savage. So who plays who in the romantic drama? That’s no problem for us. Below, we shared a cast guide to the Netflix movie‘s cast and characters.

Lili Reinhart as Natalie
Lili portrays the role of Natalie, a young woman who has dreams of working for her idol, Lucy Galloway. However, Natalie hits a crossroads when she finds out that she might be pregnant. Natalie’s life could go two separate ways depending on the pregnancy test results. She’ll stay in her hometown and raise her baby if she’s pregnant. If she’s not pregnant, she’ll relocate to California to pursue her career.
Where have you seen her before?
Lili is best known for her role as Betty Cooper in The CW’s Riverdale. However, you might also recognize Lili from her roles in the movies The Kings of Summer, Hustlers and Chemical Hearts. She also had a cameo in the 2019 version of Charlie’s Angels.
What’s next?
You can expect to see Lili in the upcoming Riverdale season 7, which will begin airing sometime in 2023. Then, it will make its way to Netflix shortly after the season finishes airing.

Aisha Dee as Cara
Aisha Dee plays the role of Cara, Natalie’s best friend from college. Cara and Natalie had plans to move to Los Angeles together after college graduation, but with Natalie possibly being pregnant, Cara might have to travel alone.

You might know Aisha Dee from her role as Kat Edison in The Bold Type. She also had roles in the television series The Saddle Club, I Hate My Teenage Daughter, Chasing Life and Sweet/Vicious. Lastly, she starred in the Christmas television film Ghosting: The Spirit of Christmas.
What’s next?
You can catch Aisha Dee next in the Shudder original movie Sissy, coming out on Sept. 29. She’ll also be in two television series called Accused and Safe Home. Both TV shows will premiere sometime in 2023.

Danny Ramirez as Gabe
Danny plays Gabe, Natalie’s friend from college whom she hooks up with once. On the night of college graduation, Natalie takes two pregnancy tests to find out if she’s pregnant with Gabe’s baby. Natalie then has two different futures in front of her. In one timeline, Natalie is pregnant and she and Gabe form a little family in their hometown of Austin, Texas.

You might’ve seen Danny in the movies Assassination Nation, No Exit and Top Gun: Maverick. He also had roles in the TV shows The Gifted, On My Block and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
What’s next?
Danny will be in episode 6 of Tales of the Walking Dead, premiering on AMC on Sept. 18. He will also be in an upcoming drama film titled Chestnut alongside Stranger Things star Natalie Dyer.

David Corenswet as Jake
David portrays Jake, Natalie’s co-worker/love interest in the parallel reality where she’s not pregnant. He was born on July 8, 1993, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In addition, David is 29 years old and his zodiac sign is Cancer.

David is best known for his roles in the Netflix original series The Politician and Hollywood. He also played the role of veteran police investigator David McDougall in HBO’s We Own This City.
What’s next?
We’ll see David next in a horror film titled Pearl and a sci-fi movie titled Operation Othello. Pearl will be released in theaters on Sept. 16. The release date for Operation Othello is unknown at the moment.

Nia portrays Lucy Galloway, Natalie’s idol and boss in the parallel reality where she’s not pregnant. She was born on October 30, 1970, in Brooklyn, New York. Nia is currently 51 years old and her zodiac sign is Scorpio.

Andrea and Luke play the roles of Tina and Rick, Natalie’s parents. In the trailer, Tina and Rick look very disappointed to find out that their daughter is having a baby, especially with someone she’s not in a relationship with. However, Tina and Rick seem to be hands-on grandparents once Natalie has the baby.

Andrea is best known for her roles in the TV shows I’m Sorry, Veep and Episodes. She also had roles in Step Brothers, A Million Little Things, The Freak Brothers, The Great North and Beavis and Butt-Head Do the Universe.
