We’re excited to share that Netflix has ordered a television series adaptation called Partner Track. It is based on Helen Wan’s 2013 novel titled “The Partner Track.”

If you’re not familiar with the novel, it’s about a young Chinese-American woman trying to make partner at a prestigious New York law firm called Parsons Valentine & Hunt.

We love to see the streaming platform add more shows and movies that provide a more positive representation of underrepresented communities.

Over the years, we’ve seen the streamer make a conscious effort at amplifying Asian American perspectives by ordering movies and TV shows that star Asian American actors. We’ve seen this with the Netflix film series To All the Boys and the Netflix movie The Half of It. Now we can add Partner Track to the list.

When Netflix announced a series order for the legal drama, there were other juicy deets revealed about the TV show. We’re about to tell you everything we know about this upcoming series, like the release date, cast, synopsis and more.
