We’re only two days away from the release of Love, Death and Robots season 3 on Netflix, and there’s just no way you can prepare for this highly anticipated release. Fans have been patiently waiting for a third installment since the second season dropped in May 2021. The episodes are just so short that you’ll be finished with a season before you know it. Fortunately, Love, Death and Robots season 3 will have nine episodes, unlike the eight-episode second season.

On May 9, Netflix dropped the official trailer for the third season and diehard fans didn’t waste any time watching it. Based on the thrilling and action-packed trailer, there’s just so much to look forward to and we can’t wait to see what new stories Love, Death and Robots season 3 will tell and show. It also looks like there will be the continuation of at least one story from a previous season included in the third season.

But before you hit play on the Love, Death and Robots title page on Netflix, it’s important that you’re aware of the age rating. Can you watch the new season with your kids, or should you wait until they’re tucked in and ready for bed before binge-watching the entire third season? We shared the Love, Death and Robots season 3 age rating and more right below!

Love, Death and Robots season 3 parents guide and age rating

Like previous seasons of Love, Death and Robots, the third season is rated TV-MA. This means it’s for mature audiences only. There will be content shown in the show that many parents would deem inappropriate for younger kids. Some of the content that could be shown is sex and nudity, gore, smoking, intense violent scenes, and alcohol. There will also be profanity used by some of the characters. All of the content listed above may not be suitable for ages 17 and under. So, we recommend either sending the kids to bed or keeping them busy with a movie or show while you watch the third season to your heart’s content.

There will be nine stand-alone episodes in the third season, as we mentioned earlier. The episode runtimes are unknown, but we can probably expect each episode to be no longer than 20 minutes long.

Here’s the official trailer to get you pumped for the show’s release!
