The Marked Heart plot

The Marked Heart follows the life of a man named Simon who recently lost his wife, Valeria, after a deadly car crash, and Zacarias, a man whose fiancée, Camila, suffers from a heart attack on their wedding day.

In desperation, Zacarias trusts an organ trafficking organization to find a donor for Camila’s heart. Fortunately for him, the organization is successful in doing so, leaving Camila alive to see another day, but this was only due to the sketchy organization’s kidnapping and killing of Valeria. Because of this, Simon sets out to get revenge on the criminals. However, his vow of vengeance becomes complicated when he falls in love with Camila, the woman who received his late wife’s heart.
