The Ultimatum finale and reunion special will drop on Netflix on April 13, and reality tv fans can hardly contain their excitement. In just a day, we’ll find out if the remaining couples got engaged or broke up for good. Then, we’ll see the cast back together again to discuss everything that has happened so far since filming wrapped in a special reunion episode.

At the beginning of the original series, we watched six couples enter a social experiment where they must ultimately decide if marriage is really in the cards for their relationship or if they should break things off for good. The participants swap partners for three weeks to see if another connection can be formed and then later return to their original partners to spend another three weeks. By the end of the series, the original couples must decide if they want to marry or move on.

One of the couples that stood out the most was April Marie and Jake Cunningham. They had been dating for two years before joining the show. While April was ready for marriage and kids, Jake wanted to wait until he was financially stable. This causes April to issue an ultimatum, and they must figure out if they see their relationship going anywhere by the end of the season.

Spoilers from The Ultimatum ahead!

If you’ve made it to episode seven of The Ultimatum, you probably have questions about April. In the episode, she reveals that she might be pregnant by Jake to Rae and Madlyn at Alexis’s bachelorette party. Is April really pregnant? We answer this burning question right below!

Is April pregnant on The Ultimatum?

As much as April wants a child, she ends up not pregnant. In episode 8, she gives Jake a pregnancy test box and tells him that her period started. She says her cycle was probably late because of stress. April tries to play it off as if she isn’t affected, but Jake and the viewers can tell that she’s hurt.

According to an exclusive interview Life & Style did with April, she has struggled with irregular cycles since she was 19 years old. Doctors told her that she has cysts on both ovaries and that she doesn’t produce estrogen. So she’s been struggling with infertility issues for a while. Hopefully, April does get to have kids in the future. She will make an amazing mother one day.

For now, make sure to stream the finale and reunion special coming to Netflix on April 13. You’re not going to want to miss it!
