Call Clea and Joanna from The Home Edit for help! These organizational geniuses have helped plenty of people get their lives together. Kim Kardashian, Eva Longoria, Ruby Hill, locals with adopted children, and even a youth center for underprivileged kids have all felt the organization of The Home Edit.

According to The Home Edit, “the goal in starting The Home Edit was to reinvent traditional organizing, and merge it with design and interior styling.” These ladies do not fall short of this task.

Get Organized with The Home Edit season 2 synopsis

The team is hired by some of Hollywood’s finest to organize their garages, pantries, and even children’s rooms. They use systems of labeling and clear containers for aesthetics and long term maintenance. Color coordination for kids is the easiest way to help the children keep their things as organized as possible.

These ladies make the rules and make it look aesthetically pleasing.

The process goes as follows:

  • Discuss your goals — What is your goal? Can we get rid of anything? What are the absolute needs?
  • Edit — This is where Clea and Joanna take everything out, imagine a hurricane passed by your room and left everything on the floor. This is where you can see everything that needs organization or will no longer live there.
  • Categorize — Clea and Joanna talk a lot about having zones. This is the easiest way to organize so that everything that needs to be together or close together actually is. For example, if you are organizing your pantry, like country singer Kane Brown and his wife, Clea and Joanna were sure to make Kane his own s’more zone in his pantry.
  • Keep organized — This one goes without saying. What good is going through all this and not maintain the space.

You will never lose another item in your house after they have gotten their hands in there. However, it is your job to maintain these functional systems once they are gone. The end results are magical for those who love organization.
