Bridgerton season 3 part 1 is coming to Netflix on May 16, and we’ve been counting down the days. We’re so close to seeing the hit period drama back on our screens and a new love story unfold.

In the upcoming season, the story centers around the dashing and adventurous Colin Bridgerton and his love story with Penelope Featherington aka Lady Whistledown. After practically being rejected by Colin in the season 2 finale, Penelope is ready to move on from him and make her debut on the competitive marriage market in Regency-era London.

Colin returns from his summer travels to find him and Penelope at odds, but he refuses to give up on their friendship. So, he decides to assist her in her quest to find love. But as Colin mentors Penelope, things become complicated when he starts to develop romantic feelings for her. Will Penelope give Colin a chance or will she tell him it's too late?

While we wait for the third season to make its arrival on Netflix, we’ve been searching for everything there is to know about the series as a whole. How old is the Bridgerton cast?

Get ready to be shocked when you find out the real ages of the cast. Many of the cast members are older than the characters they play. It’s only right that we begin with the elite Bridgerton family.

Phoebe Dynevor age

In the period drama, Phoebe Dynevor plays Daphne Bridgerton/Basset (Duchess of Hastings). When Daphne debuted in the marriage mart in season 1, she was around 21 years old. However, Phoebe was actually 24 years old at the time of filming the first season. She is currently 28 years old as of February 2024, and her zodiac sign is Aries. She was born on April 17, 1995, in Manchester, England to Coronation Street actress Sally Dynevor and Emmerdale screenwriter Tim Dynevor.

Unfortunately, Phoebe will not be appearing in Bridgerton season 3, but there is a possibility that she could come back for a future season. Like Dynevor, his birthday is in April. He was born on Apil 25, 1988, in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, England, making his zodiac sign Taurus.

Unlike Dynevor, he will be reprising his role as Anthony Bridgerton in the third season. So that's something to look forward to. We all know Claudia as the quick-witted and rebellious Eloise Bridgerton. Eloise is around 18 years old in the second season, but Claudia is actually 34 years old in real life. Luke portrays the swoon-worthy Colin Bridgerton. Colin is around 23 years old in the second season. However, Luke is 31 years old in real life. The age gap isn’t that big though in comparison to the Eloise character's age and the actor who plays her. Luke was born on Feb. 5, 1993, in England. In addition, his zodiac sign is Aquarius.

Luke Thompson age

Luke plays the artistic Benedict Bridgerton. Benedict is 27 years old in the first season, which makes him a year older in season 2. In real life, Luke is currently 35 years old. He was born on July 4, 1988, in Southampton, England, but was partially raised in France.

Before taking on the role of Benedict in the period drama series, Luke played the role of Peter Hain in the comedy-drama film Misbehavior and Connor in the drama series Kiss Me First. His most recent roles were playing Hiram Bingham IV in the Netflix miniseries Transatlantic and Willem in the drama film A Little Life. He'll be reprising his role as Benedict in the third season of Bridgerton.

Hannah Dodd age

Hannah replaced English actress Ruby Stokes in the role of Francesca Bridgerton, the sixth Bridgerton child. While Ruby portrayed the role of Francesca for the first two seasons, Hannah took over the role in the upcoming third season and going forward.

She's an English actress and model who was born on May 17, 1995, in Colchester, England. She is 28 years old as of February 2024, and her zodiac sign is Taurus. Charithra Chandran age

Adjoa Andoh age

Adjoa Andoh plays the legendary Lady Danbury in the period drama series. It’s unknown how old Lady Danbury is, but she’s believed to be around the same age as Queen Charlotte. Golda Rosheuvel age

Golda plays the regal Queen Charlotte. The character is based on an actual historical figure. The real Queen Charlotte was 69 years old in 1813, which is when the first season took place. But it looks like the character was aged down for the show. Golda, on the other hand, is 53 years old. She was born on May 2, 1970, in Guyana, making her zodiac sign Taurus.
