Netflix is adding 20 new movies and shows this week

A new week is here and that means plenty of new moves and shows are being added to Netflix. Whether you’re looking for a new docuseries about a famous artist, a final season of a Netflix Original, or a new Netflix movie with a star-studded cast, Netflix has something for just about everyone this week.

Netflix’s newest docuseries The Andy Warhol Diaries is coming out on Wednesday, March 9, 2022. The limited series shows off Warhol’s own diary as well as videos of him while he was alive. He started the diary after he was shot in 1968. We get a look inside the artist’s life and inside the elusiveness that was his mind. Ryan Murphy is the executive producer on the series.

The fifth and final season of The Last Kingdom is also coming on Wednesday, March 9, 2022.  The series tells the story of Uhtred, who was born a Saxon but raised by Vikings, as he tries to take back his home of Bebbenburg.

Season 5 begins during a time of relative peace between the Saxons and the Danes, but Uhtred is unsure if it will last. War feels imminent and he is worried about the safety of his children and the people of his kingdom

The Last Kingdom and The Adam Project hit Netflix this week

He certainly has plenty to worry about with Brida’s threat to return and destroy him still on the table. But it looks like Brida has plans elsewhere as she heads to Eoferwic.

More in the mood for a new movie? The Adam Project starring Ryan Reynolds, Walker Scobell, Mark Ruffalo, Jennifer Garner, Zoe Saldana, and Catherine Keener is hitting Netflix on Friday, March 11, 2022.

The movie follows young Adam and adult Adam as they team up and travel to the past to find their late father. The two Adams, with the help of their father, must set things right in the past so that they can save the world in the future.
