Manifest

Here’s the title on this list that requires an advanced warning to manage your expectations. Because Netflix already ordered a 20-episode fourth and final season, an end date for Manifest has already been set, and that’s expected to be in the next year. The first half of the season will release in late 2022, with the last 10 episodes dropping sometime after.

However (and this is an enormous however), we all know Manifest has been especially popular for Netflix in 2021 and beyond. That’s the entire reason the series was saved for season 4 by the streamer. It’s anticipated that Manifest will duplicate, and if not exceed, that popularity when its new episodes release later in 2022.

We all also know that Netflix once upon a time ordered a fifth and final season of Lucifer, which turned out to not be the final season. In fact, Netflix walked back on that end date, ordering the series for a sixth and final season. Also of note: The streamer also saved Lucifer after its network canceled the fan-favorite series.

Now, we’re not saying that the same good fortune will bestow itself upon Manifest, but the precedent has been set in the past. It’s been said that lightning doesn’t strike twice. Still, you never know. Considering six seasons was the vision for the series, Manifesters certainly wouldn’t be opposed to the series getting closer to that milestone.
