Is American Auto on Netflix?
It’s been several weeks since we saw a new episode of American Auto. The comedy sitcom premiered on Dec. 13, 2021, with two “sneak episodes” and soon after went on break. Now, a brand new episode of American Auto will air on NBC on Jan. 4, and we can’t wait!
American Auto is a workplace comedy series that follows the workers of Detroit-based Payne Motors day-to-day lives as they try to find ways to keep the company afloat. This TV show will easily remind you of other popular workplace comedies such as The Office, Parks and Recreation, and Superstore.
Justin Spitzer is the creator of the series. He has writing credits from working on The Office and is also the creator of Superstore. This is why American Auto will remind you of those classic sitcoms.
Ana Gasteyer, Jon Barinholtz, Harriet Dyer, Michael Benjamin Washington, Tye White, Humphrey Ker, and X Mayo star in the new comedy series. The casting is spot-on, and the actors play off each other in every scene to bring the comedy.
