A new week is here and with it comes the beginning of December! How did that happen? Time is irrelevant. But beyond all that, this week also brings a ton of new Netflix movies and shows.
Whether you’re looking for a new season of a space show, a new Netflix Christmas movie, or a new season of a holiday-themed baking show, the streaming service has something for you no matter what mood you’re in.
Fans have been waiting almost two years for season 3 of Lost in Space and it’s finally here! The third season hits Netflix on Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2021. The show follows the Robinson family after they crash onto an alien planet. While figuring out how to survive in this unfamiliar place, they also must deal with the dangers that lurk there.
At the end of last season, we saw the family escape what was once their home ship, the Resolute, and make it back to the Alpha Centauri colony. But on the way there, they see a ship that should no longer exist and it’s captained by someone they could have never expected.
Netflix adds Lost in Space and Single All the Way to the lineup this week

More in the mood for a holiday rom-com? Single All the Way comes to Netflix on Thursday, Dec. 2, 2021. The movie follows Peter, a young man who is going home for the holidays. He expects his family to judge him for once again being single so he asks his best friend Nick to pretend to be his boyfriend. Fake dating for the win! This looks so freaking good!
The movie stars Jennifer Coolidge, Luke Macfarlane, Kathy Najimy, Barry Boswick, Jennifer Robertson, Michael Urie, Philemon Chambers, and Madison Brydges.
