PG Halloween movies on Netflix: A Witches’ Ball (2017)
What’s a Halloween watch list without a movie about a witch? One not worth its salt, that’s for sure. Whether they’re good, evil, or as iconic as Sabrina Spellman, witches are a staple of pop culture. Their magic delights, horrifies, and thrills young and old from cinema to television. That’s why we had to include A Witches’ Ball.
The movie follows a young girl named Beatrix who is finally going to become a fully realized witch. She loves magic and what she’s capable of when she puts her mind and abilities to the task.
At this year’s Witches’ Ball, her status among her kind will be recognized and cemented. Or, it will be if all goes right, but there’s nothing like getting so close to what you wanted only for something to get in the way.
Beatrix will have to jump more than one magical hurdle to finally become a witch, but she’s not going to let anything stop her if she can help it.
