Aside from He’s All That, Sweet Girl has been the most popular Netflix movie of August 2021. It’s been a while that fans have been waiting for this new action movie to arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait.

Sweet Girl has an incredible cast. That was one of the things I liked about the movie so much, but the story is super engaging and will keep viewers locked in the whole time.

The movie tells the story of Ray Cooper (Jason Momoa) and his daughter, Rachel. After Rachel’s mother and Ray’s wife dies of cancer, Ray begins stalking the executive of a pharmaceutical company that had the drugs to save his wife’s life but pulled them off the market. There’s more going on than initially meets the eye.

If you like action movies, you’re going to love Sweet Girl on Netflix, Momoa and Merced have excellent chemistry.
