You season 3 cast: A guide to every new You cast member

A new season of You is nearly upon us and with the new season comes a who’s who of new additions to the cast!

Like in past seasons, You season 3 shifts the story to a new setting which once again has given the writers the opportunity to introduce a new group of characters. While the addition of new characters is nothing new to the series, we have to admit this year’s new characters might be the most eccentric and unique batch yet!

We’re talking actors who have been in the game for years and who you’re sure to recognize from past roles that include Emmy-winning series, top dramas and hit film franchises!

Curious to get to know the newest additions to the You cast? Below we’ll introduce you to the actors behind this season’s new characters beginning with the mysterious neighbor who caught Joe’s eye in the season 2 finale!

Who plays Natalie in You season 3?

Perhaps one of the biggest new additions to the cast this season is actress Michaela McManus in the role of Love and Joe’s new neighbor Natalie, who catches Joe’s attention and triggers the domino effects of the entire season. McManus has appeared in a number of iconic series over the years with roles in the likes of The Orville, SEAL Team, The Vampire Diaries, Law and Order: SVU, and One Tree Hill. 

Who plays Theo in You season 3?

The name Dylan Arnold might not sound familiar to you now, but after his turn as Theo we have a feeling that will soon change! Arnold has a major role in season 3 as Theo, the stepson of Joe and Love’s new neighbor who finds himself at the center of the couple’s latest schemes and is a true scene-stealer in the season. Arnold’s additional credits include Halloween, Mudbound and Nashville. 

Who plays Young Joe in You season 3?

The role of young Joe is played by talented young actor Jack Fisher, who is quickly building up an impressive resume! Prior to his role in You, Fisher has appeared in varying roles on NCIS, Legends of Tomorrow and Kid Cosmic. 

Who plays Sherry in You season 3?

Mommy blogger/influencer Sherry is played by NCIS: New Orleans alum Shalita Grant, who you also might recognize from her roles in Search Party, Santa Clarita Diet and Mercy Street. 

Who plays Ryan in You season 3?

Journalist Ryan is played by actor Scott Michael Foster, whose TV credits include the likes of Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Once Upon a Time, Chasing Life and Greek. 

Who plays Brandon in You season 3?

If Brandon looks familiar to you, it’s likely you’re a fan of Hawaii Five-0 and/or Days of Our Lives as the character is played by actor Christopher Sean known for his roles on both hit series.

Who plays Marienne in You season 3?

Librarian Marienne is played by actress Tati Gabrielle who you might recognize from a little Netflix show called Chilling Adventures of Sabrina in which she played Prudence Night. Gabrielle’s additional credits include playing Gaia on The 100 and voicing Willow in Disney’s The Owl House.

Who plays Dante in You season 3?

The role of Marienne’s best friend and fellow library employee Dante is played by relative newcomer Ben Mehl.

Who plays Matthew in You season 3?

Can’t help but wonder why Joe and Love’s mysterious tech entrepreneur neighbor looks so familiar? That might be because he’s played by veteran actor Scott Speedman, who is playing double duty this fall having recently joined Grey’s Anatomy in a series regular role following his breakout guest appearance in season 17. Speedman’s additional TV credits include Felicity, Animal Kingdom, and Last Resort. 

Who plays Detective Ruthie Falco in You season 3?

Wondering why Detective Ruthie Falco looks so darn familiar? That might be because the character is played by TV icon Romy Rosemont whose has more than 150 acting credits to her name including roles on Glee, Beyond, CSI and more.

Who plays Jackson in You season 3?

Among the many new characters introduced in season 3 is Jackson, played by actor Bryan Safi. You might recognize Safi from some of his many recent credits including his current starring role on FOX’s top drama 9-1-1 where he plays emergency dispatcher Josh Russo. Safi’s additional credits include Young and Hungry and Throwing Shade. 

Who plays Gil in You season 3?

The role of Gil in You season 3 is played by actor Mackenzie Astin, best known for his roles as Andy Moffett  in The Facts of Life, Noah Baker in Scandal, Richard in The Magicians and Anderson Wesley in Teenage Bounty Hunters. 

Who plays Cary in You season 3?

Sherry’s intense fitness/lifestyle guru husband Cary is played by actor Travis Van Winkle whose credits include Friday the 13th, Transformers, Accepted, Hart of Dixie and 90210. 

Who plays Andrew in You season 3?

Can’t seem to figure out who plays Andrew in You? That would be actor Chris O’Shea, who you might recognize from shows such as Madam Secretary, Baby Daddy and Gone. 

Who plays Kiki in You season 3?

The role of Kiki in You is played by actress Shannon Chan-Kent, who you might recognize from fellow Netflix drama Another Life. You might also recognize her voice because Chan-Kent is known for her vocal work which includes roles in franchises such as My Little Pony and The Powerpuff Girls.
