Squid Game season 2: Who are the workers on the island?

Viewers quickly find out about the lives of the contestants in Squid Game and even get some background on the high-ranking individuals that run the life-altering endeavor. But one thing that not a lot of light is shed on is who are the workers in the game that wear the masks with the circle, square, and triangle on their faces that they are not allowed to take off.

The few things that are known are the individuals know their lives are also on the line if they don’t follow the strict set of rules they are instructed to obey. They also have no problems putting bullets in the participant’s brains and handling the dead bodies afterward. We also found out that some of them are depraved criminals, harvesting organs for profit from some of the losers and even fornicating with corpses.

Given everything fans figured out in season 1 of the popular South Korean survival drama, it will be interesting to find out how these people are chosen, if they live on the island full-time and why they are so comfortable with all the death associated with the challenges, among many other things, in season 2 of Squid Game.
