Bright: Samurai Soul

Release Date: October 12

When the Netflix original film Bright was first released back in 2017, audiences everywhere were astonished by how great of a release it was and demanded a sequel to the film as soon as possible. Though a sequel has not yet been given for this film, there is an anime series on the way that just might be the perfect substitution for your favorite Netflix movie.

The anime series Bright: Samurai Soul is set to be an extension of the 2017 film and will have just as many action-packed scenes as its predecessor. And the similarities don’t stop there as viewers will also get to see a very familiar blue creature that once worked alongside American actor Will Smith.

Check out the official trailer for Bright: Samurai Soul down below.

Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings actor Simu Liu will voice the role of Izno, Yuzu Harada will voice Sonya, and Fred Mancuso will voice Raiden. There’s so much more talent where that came from, but you’re going to have to tune into the release to know who else will lend their voice to this intriguing release.
