As August comes to a close, anime fans everywhere reflect on how amazing this month has been for us. From watching The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf to trying to contain our excitement when Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai was officially released on Netflix, we’ve been eating pretty good throughout this month, and we’re happy to say that the anime party is not yet over!

Edens Zero is another anime series slated to release this month. You can watch the new series on Aug. 26, 2021, and it’s one that you’re not going to want to miss.

From the creator of Fairy Tail comes another amazing show about magic, adventure, and the unbreakable bond that often comes from friendships brought by destiny.

Edens Zero synopsis

Shiki Granbell has always been somewhat of a loner. Raised by robots and left to fend for himself, he was convinced that he was the only human being there was, but his preconceived notion was quickly disproven when he met a young girl named Rebecca and her talking blue cat Happy.

These adventurers brought together by fate embark on a new journey together with the goal of making 100 friends across the universe. Read more on the official synopsis via Netflix, here:

"Aboard the Edens Zero, a lonely boy with the ability to control gravity embarks on an adventure to meet the fabled space goddess known as Mother."

The cast of the anime features some voices that you have definitely heard before! Jujutsu Kaisen actress Mikako Komatsu voices Rebecca in the series, Shiki Aoki voices Homura, Hiromichi Tezuka voices Weisz, Rie Kugimiya voices Happy, Shiori Izawa voices E.M. Pino, and Haikyuu voice actor Terashima Takuma will voice our lead character, Shiki Granbell.
