Elle and her boyfriend Noah are in a good place when The Kissing Booth 3 begins, as she tries to choose which college she should go to. She ends up lying to Noah and her best friend Lee, saying she got waitlisted into schools so she doesn’t have to make a decision yet. Of course, this stalling only puts more pressure on her.

The movie also follows the friend group as they spend the summer at the Flynn family’s beach house one last time before it’s sold. Elle and Lee start their summer bucket list they made when they were kids, and there are a few really fun scenes in the film.
