Netflix romance movies: The Kissing Booth 2

Release Year: 2020

Directed by Vince Marcello

Starring Joey King, Jacob Elordi, Joel Courtney, Meganne Young, Taylor Zakhar Perez, Maisie Richardson-Sellars, and Molly Ringwald

The Kissing Booth 2 is the sequel to the incredibly popular Netflix movie, The Kissing Booth, which is based on the book of the same name by Beth Reekles. The Kissing Booth 2 is also based on a book by Reekles, “The Kissing Booth 2: Going the Distance.”

The Kissing Booth 2 begins where the first movie leaves off. Noah and Elle are together for the first time in public, and everything is smooth sailing until he leaves for college. There, Noah finds it hard to deal with the long-distance relationship, while Elle becomes involved with a new guy, Marco, played by Taylor Zakhar Perez.

And if you love the second movie, you’ll likely love the third one as well. The Kissing Booth 3 was filmed in secret, just like To All The Boys: Always and Forever, Lara Jean, and just debuted on Netflix in August 2021.

The Kissing Booth 3 wraps up Elle’s story as she has to decide which college to go to. She can either attend Harvard with Noah or UC Berkeley with her best friend Lee. It’s a tough choice, but I think Elle makes the best decision for herself. We’ll talk about the third movie in a few slides!
