To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before is one of the biggest Netflix movies to date. The movie premiered on Netflix in September 2018, and it’s based on the first book Jenny Han’s book series.

The movie tells the story of Lara Jean, a teenager who writes love letters to her former crushes. When those letters actually get sent to the intended recipients, Lara Jean finds herself in quite the pickle. To make things even crazier, she gets into a fake relationship with one of these boys, which spirals out of control.

The movie was so successful that Netflix ordered two sequels, To All The Boys: P.S. I Still Love You and To All The Boys: Always and Forever, Lara Jean. The first sequel premiered on Netflix in February 2020. We’re still waiting to see the final movie of the trilogy. Both movies are based on the second and third books of Han’s book series.

I highly, highly, highly recommend Jenny Han’s book series about Lara Jean. It’s the perfect YA book series. Like usual, I even prefer the books to the Netflix movies. While they are good, the books are just better.

If you need something to do while you wait for To All The Boys: Always and Forever, Lara Jean, you should definitely read the book series.
