A new week is here and Netflix is bringing several new movies and shows to their lineup. This includes the final movie in a romance trilogy, an action drama starring John David Washington, and a new paranormal horror series.

The biggest movie coming out this week is probably going to be The Kissing Booth 3. This is the final movie in the rom-com trilogy (although Netflix could change its mind about that) and it comes out on Wednesday, Aug 11.

This time Elle, Noah, and Lee are spending the summer at a beach house before Elle and Lee go away to college. While there, they find their beach bucket list of all the things they wanted to do before the end of summer. Well, what better time than now?!

But Elle can’t escape reality entirely, because she still has to pick a college to go to and no matter which one she picks, she’s either going to make her boyfriend or her best friend pretty unhappy.

The Kissing Booth 3 will be the last movie in the Netflix trilogy

More in the mood for an action movie? Beckett starring John David Washington, Boyd Holbrook, and Alicia Vikander hits Netflix on Friday, Aug 13. The film follows Beckett, an American tourist in Greece as he runs for his life while embroiled in a conspiracy he doesn’t know how he got himself into. Even the people he thought he could trust turn out to be working against him.

Looking for a new horror series to watch? Season 1 of Brand New Cherry Flavor is coming to Netflix on Friday, Aug 13, and stars Rosa Salazar, Catherine Keener, Mark Acheson, and Daniel Doheny.

The series follows a young woman in 1990s LA who wants to be a filmmaker. But when a producer betrays her, she becomes dead set on revenge. Unfortunately, the type of revenge she goes for might be more than she bargained for. Paranormal activity starts to take over her life.

This is based on a book by Todd Grimson and based on Goodreads and Amazon alone, I’m surprised this got made. It doesn’t have a ton of reviews and it doesn’t seem that popular.
