Cooking with Paris is set to blaze a scorching trail onto Netflix come Wednesday, August 4.

The streamer’s latest cooking reality series is less about the culinary profession and Paris Hilton’s interest in it, and more about having a good time. Skillets may burn and food may not heat right, but she’s equipped with a cute outfit, guests, and a recipe.

Surely Hilton and her guests can scratch up a decent meal if they follow the steps as they’re laid out, right? Or maybe not. Either way it’ll make for the kind of television her fans love.

If you’re looking forward to Hilton’s take on new to her meals, here’s what to expect from the six episode Netflix original series including who her celebrity guests will be.

Cooking with Paris synopsis

Netflix’s official synopsis for the series:

"Paris Hilton can cook…kind of. And she’s turning the traditional cooking show upside down. She’s not a trained chef and she’s not trying to be. With the help of her celebrity friends, she navigates new ingredients, new recipes and exotic kitchen appliances. Inspired by her viral YouTube video, Paris will take us from the grocery store to the finished table spread – and she might actually learn her way around the kitchen."

Clearly, no one should be expecting the kind of food prep you’d likely find in a 5-star restaurant, but maybe whatever Hilton has cooking will at least make a pretty picture.

In any case, Cooking with Paris doesn’t promise to teach anyone how to throw down in the kitchen. Rather, it looks like the series will be leaning hard into the fun of putting a meal together even as things go left here and there in the process.

Celebrity guests on Cooking with Paris

It’s going to be a star-studded scene in Paris’ kitchen as well as a family affair. Fans of the heiress can expect to see both her sister Nicky and their mother Kathy Hilton mixing it up at the counter.

Kim Kardashian West, Demi Lovato, Saweetie, Nikki Glaser, and Lele Pons will also be making an appearance among Hilton’s pots and pans. Hilton may not be surrounded by kitchen royalty, but what she’s lacking in a master chef she could find with her friends and family along for the ride. Even if that’s simply laughter and managing not to burn the kitchen down.
