August is here! And along with it comes a ton of new movies and shows on Netflix. So much new stuff is coming this week. Whether you’re looking to rewatch a couple of very popular network series, check out a new cooking show starring a socialite, or sit down for a few intense documentaries, there is something for everyone.

Netflix says “Peacock?? What’s that?” this week as it brings two NBC series to its lineup. All seven seasons of 30 Rock and all five seasons of Friday Night Lights are coming to Netflix on Sunday, Aug 1.

30 Rock is returning to Netflix after leaving years ago but this is the first time Friday Night Lights will be on the streaming service.  Whether you’re looking to rewatch them or find out what all the hype is about, now’s your chance!

Looking for a new cooking show to watch? Well, THE Paris Hilton is coming out with her own cooking show on Wednesday, Aug 4. Cooking with Paris will feature the socialite along with her celebrity friends. They’ll take us from the grocery store to the finished meal step by step.

She’s not saying she’s a trained chef but she’s learning new recipes just like the rest of us. She takes a look at different ingredients, weird kitchen appliances, and recipes she’s never tried before. She’s also wearing fabulous clothes in each episode!

A new Ryan Murphy-produced documentary is also hitting Netflix on Tuesday, Aug 2. Pray Away follows the former leaders of the “pray the gay away” movement as they watch the aftermath of what they started.

It also follows survivors as they try to heal and find acceptance after all the trauma they endured from the conversion therapy the movement created. The doc also discusses what the movement looks like today (yes, sadly it is still around).

Please be careful watching this. It’s quite intense and as you can see in the trailer below, there is some discussion of suicide.
