A new week is here and besides the Fourth of July, this week brings a bunch of new movies and shows to Netflix. Whether you’re looking for a new season of a popular Netflix Original show, a new part of a horror movie series, or a new animated series based on a video game, the streaming service has something for everyone.

Virgin River season 3 is coming to Netflix on Friday, July 9. Based on the Robyn Carr book series, Virgin River follows nurse practitioner, Melinda Monroe, as she moves from LA to an out-of-the-way Northern California town where she begins to build a new life.

The series stars Alexandra Breckenridge, Martin Henderson, Colin Lawrence, Lauren Hammersley, Annette O’Toole, and Tim Matheson. Season 3 is likely to start with what happened to a certain character after they were shot (No spoilers!).

It is also coming to Netflix on Friday, July 9, and is based on the very popular video game series. The show follows Federal agent Leon S. Kennedy and a member of Terrasave, Claire Redfield, as they investigate a zombie outbreak.

While Claire discovers a conspiracy to cover up the use of bioweapons, someone steals top-secret documents from the White House that talk about the use of bioweapons at the Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences.
