Fans have been waiting for a long time to get to experience all the chills and thrills the sequel to the 2016 horror hit A Quiet Place has to offer, and now after patiently waiting, A Quiet Place 2 has finally arrived, sparking those excited for the fearful endeavor to ponder its availability on Netflix.

The movie about a family attempting to survive an invading race of aliens that devours anything that makes a sound was a massively successful motion picture and the follow-up showcases the surviving members of the first flick attempting to stay alive despite the odds being heavily stacked against them. A Quiet Place 2 sees the return of Emily Blunt, Millicent Rogers, and Noah Jupe with new additions to the cast in the form of Cillian Murphy and Djimon Hounsou. John Krasinski, who serves as the film’s writer and director, also briefly appears despite sacrificing himself to save his family in the first feature in a flashback sequence.

After several delays, thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic, A Quiet Place 2 has finally made its way to the big screen. The hugely anticipated horror sequel has already kicked things off, earning $4.8 million in Thursday night showings, according to Deadline, and the movie has earned a very impressive score on Rotten Tomatoes.

There is absolutely no question that everyone who watched the first stirring ordeal is eager to check out the next chapter.

Is A Quiet Place 2 on Netflix?

If fans are looking for some terrifying news, they should hide under the covers after hearing the bombshell that is about to be dropped regarding the Netflix availability of the scary movie starring Emily Blunt. A Quiet Place 2 is not available on the streaming service.

While this is obviously a bummer for several reasons but subscribers should remember there are plenty of other nightmare-inducing options on the streaming service. Titles like Army of the Dead, Death of Me, #Alive, The Platform, and more are ready to enjoy right now!

Where to watch A Quiet Place 2

A Quiet Place 2 is only available in theaters right now. On February 24, 2021, it was announced that Paramount films would make their way to the streaming service formally known as CBS All Acess after their theatrical run, which included Mission Impossible 7, Paw Patrol, and the follow-up to the popular 2016 scare-fest directed by John Krasinksi. The horror sequel will be available to stream on Paramount+ 45 days after its theatrical release.
