What is Tokyo Ghoul about?

Tokyo Ghoul follows the story of Kaneki Ken, a social outcast living in a world where ghouls devour humans. Upon rather unfortunate events, Kaneki suddenly finds himself as a powerful ghoul wanted by many, but he must hide his identity if he wants to survive.

His life becomes even more tragic as he begins to lose his sanity as well as lose the ones he holds dear to his heart. You can watch the trailer for the series, here.

Unfortunately, the anime is not currently on Netflix, and we’re unsure when or if the anime series will ever be on the streaming platform.
