Will Eternals be on Netflix?

With the Eternals teaser finally out and a release date set in stone (there might be a riot if Marvel pushes back any more release dates), people finally feel like they can actually get excited about this movie.

The new movie will officially release in theaters on Friday, Nov. 5, 2021, but after that, will the movie be available to stream on Netflix?

Is Eternals on Netflix?

Unfortunately, it will most likely not be available to stream on Netflix. Since it’s a Marvel movie and Marvel is part of Disney, it will most likely stream on Disney Plus. So, if you see it in theaters and love it, you’ll either have to subscribe to Disney Plus (if you don’t already) or buy the movie on Blu-ray.

Eternals will be one of the first Marvel movies to appear in theaters since the start of the pandemic in 2020. Black Widow and Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings will come out first in July and September respectively, and then the Eternals.

Like most Marvel movies these days, Eternals is filled with a ton of famous actors including Angelina Jolie, Selma Hayek, Gemma Chan, Richard Madden, Kit Harrington, Kumail Nanjiani, and Brian Tyree Henry.

That’s right, Game of Thrones fans! Robb Stark and Jon Snow are back together again!

The film will tell the story of the Eternals, a race of immortal god-like beings who lived on Earth and watched the birth and destruction of civilization. Now, they must reunite to fight against the Deviants who they once exiled. From the moment of that exile, the two became mortal enemies and now…they must fight!

When is Eternals on Disney Plus?

According to CNET, before the pandemic, Disney and Marvel movies came to Disney Plus 5-8 months after they premiered in theaters so if Eternals follows that schedule, it will come out in November and then probably stream on Disney Plus sometime in spring or summer of 2022.
