Netflix is adding 23 new movies and shows this week

A new week is here and that means new movies and shows added to Netflix. This week is definitely all about shows. There are a few new movies, but the number of shows far exceeds them. There’s a new season of a fan-favorite series, a new anime series, and a final season of a Netflix Original.

Your time is finally here, Lucifer fans! The second half of season 5 is finally here. It’s been almost a full year since the first half of season 5, but it will finally be finishing up on Friday, May 28.

This half of the season will mainly be about Michael and Lucifer and who prevails as well as God being on Earth. It’ll be interesting to see how that changes the show. Will Lucifer and his dad finally reconcile? We’ll have to watch and see.

Lucifer season 5 part 2 and season 1 of Eden hits Netflix this week

Looking for something a little bit different? Season 1 of Eden hits Netflix on Thursday, May 27. The anime series takes place thousands of years from now when humanity is all but extinct and robots rule the world.

We follow a human girl who’s secretly raised by robots as she comes to find out that the utopian society she lives in is not everything it seems. She must also be on the lookout because certain robots are hunting her in order to maintain a “human-free” world.

This week also brings the third and final season of The Kominsky Method. Fans have waited almost two years for the show to come back. The series stars Michael Douglas and Sarah Baker and follows Sandy Kominsky, an actor who was once almost famous but is now making a living as an acting coach.

This week also brings more seasons of Jeopardy to Netflix on Saturday, May 29, American Woman starring Sienna Miller and Christina Hendricks on Wednesday, May 26, and Collateral Beauty with Will Smith and Kate Winslet on Friday, May 28.
