When is Marriage or Mortgage season 2 coming out?

That’s roughly how long it takes most Netflix shows to be written, filmed, and edited. A reality show is a little different, and it could take longer due to the casting of the couples. So, we’d say May 2022 at the very earliest.

However, we’re not in a usual time. Even if the series was renewed tomorrow, we’d be looking at a lot longer in the future for it to arrive on Netflix. It will probably be the end of 2022 at the earliest.

Can Marriage or Mortgage season 2 film right now?

It all comes down to filming. The first season was filmed pre-pandemic, but the weddings happened during the pandemic. Some of the weddings didn’t go ahead, while others were vastly changed.

House ownership isn’t going to be a goal for many right now. It’s all about getting through this pandemic with some sort of savings still intact.

The idea of filming Marriage or Mortgage season 2 right now seems a little ludicrous. It also seems crazy to think that the choice between a dream wedding and a dream home is going to be the same. Priorities are changing right now.

Even if everything was the same, filming now seems a little impossible. Most reality shows are filming in a bubble, but there’s no way productions can go around various wedding shops and open houses with so many cast and crew members.

It’s possible that Marriage or Mortgage season 2 won’t be able to film until late 2021 or early 2022 at the earliest, and then we’re looking at 2023 as a potential release date.
