Netflix shows and movies: Two Sentence Horror Stories
Prefer a little horror in your life? Two Sentence Horror Stories season 2 is coming to Netflix this week.
You may have already watched all the episodes when they aired on The CW. That doesn’t mean they’re not worth watching again. After all, these half-hour episodes are always packed with details that you miss until you know the twist at the end.
One of the best things about this series is that it’s an anthology. If a storyline doesn’t quite grip your attention, you can skip the episode and move onto the next one. You can always go back and check them out afterward.
There’s also the first season if you didn’t watch those episodes when they first dropped last year!
Two Sentence Horror Stories season 2 is on Netflix on Wednesday, Feb. 24.
Netflix shows and movies: Age of Samurai: Battle for Japan
How much do you really know about the Samurais? Sure you know what Hollywood chooses to tell, but what about the real warriors of Japan? That’s something you’ll learn in Age of Samurai: Battle for Japan.
The six-part docuseries-drama offers both fact and dramatized portrayals. If you loved the likes of The Last Csars, then this is the type of series for you. There are historians and experts to explain the reality while actors dramatize the events.
While it takes place in Feudal Japan, the story is about Date Masamune. He is most legendary historical figures of Japan, also known as the One-Eyed Dragon. You will learn about how he got his nickname, how he schemed his way to the top, and what he did to ensure his own line of succession.
Get ready for Age of Samurai: Battle of Japan on Wednesday, Feb. 24.
