Based on the Nicholas Sparks novel of the same name, A Walk to Remember was released on January 25, 2002. Starring Shane West and Mandy Moore, the movie is a sweet story about two teenagers who find unexpected comfort and love in one another. Landon (West) is popular and disobedient, while Mary (Moore) is the soft-spoken daughter of the local minister.

The film follows the pair as they get to know one another. They form an unlikely friendship, eventually falling in love. However, their relationship is threatened by forces beyond their control.

Beware, you will probably be crying your eyes out by the time the credit roll! And you’ll be able to stream it on Netflix in time for Valentine’s Day.
