4. We Can Be Heroes

We Can Be Heroes directed by Robert Rodriguez premiered on Netflix on Christmas Day, and it’s one of the most popular Netflix movies on the streaming service right now. It ranks No. 5 on the daily Netflix Top 10 in the United States.

Since the movie was so successful, We Can Be Heroes 2 is already in the works at Netflix. We’re hoping to see We Can Be Heroes 2 in 2021, but that’s not looking very likely at this point.

5. Surviving Death

Surviving Death is a new Netflix original docuseries that focuses on the afterlife. People who go through near-death experiences share their stories and what they believed was happening to them.

Experts also share their takes and research on what the afterlife is, if it’s anything at all.

Surviving Death is currently ranked no. 6 on the Netflix Top 10. It’s one of the must-watch Netflix documentaries of the new year.
