When is After Ever Happy coming to Netflix?

Ready for the next movies in the After series? You’re not alone, friends! After We Collided just premiered on Netflix earlier this month, and now fans are already desperate to know when the new installments will be out. It was confirmed back in September by Deadline that the third and fourth film would be going into production, and today we’re here to talk about After Ever Happy.

For those unfamiliar with the movies, After Ever Happy is the fourth book and movie in the After series, and it will be released following After We Fell. The series is based on the books of the same names by international and New York Times bestselling author Anna Todd.

Currently, there are five books in the After series: After, After We Collided, After We Fell, After Ever Happy, and Before. So far, we’re up to the second adaptation, with both films currently available to stream on Netflix. With that said, we’re eagerly awaiting the rest of the movies to drop, which leads me to my next question: When will After Ever Happy make its Netflix debut?

What will After Ever Happy be about?

Deadline describes the plot for this romance drama as:

"A revelation about the past shakes Hardin’s impenetrable façade to the core — and then Tessa suffers a tragedy, putting their relationship on the brink. As the shocking truth about each of their families emerges, it’s clear the two lovers are not so different from each other. Tessa is no longer the sweet, simple, good girl she was when she met Hardin — any more than he is the cruel, moody boy she fell so hard for."

When will After 4 be on Netflix?

In short, we’re not sure just yet. Of course, there’s plenty of time to find out the answer considering only the first two movies are out. And as fans know, although they are both streamable on Netflix, they’re not Netflix Originals. As we previously reported, however, After We Collided premiered on Netflix just about two months following its theatrical release. If we’re lucky, we might be able to expect that same pattern for both After We Fell and After Ever Happy.
