Gather around, Arianators: Ariana Grande’s Netflix movie is heading to the streaming service tonight!

Excuse Me, I Love You will drop at 12:00 a.m. PT or 3:00 a.m. ET on December 21, meaning we’re only hours left until we get to watch the highly-anticipated music documentary. Wondering what the movie will cover? As we previously reported, Ariana Grande’s new special will follow her 2019 Sweetener World Tour, which made a whopping $146 million. It marks the songstress’ highest-grossing tour ever.

Ariana’s 2018 album Sweetener was a major success, debuting at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart, and featuring hits such as “God is a Woman,” “No Tears Left to Cry,” and “Breathin.” A few months later, the former Nickelodeon star debuted her 2019 album Thank U, Next, which also debuted at #1. This one includes “7 Rings,” “Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I’m Bored,” and of course, “Thank You, Next.” Both successful albums served as the music for her Sweetener World Tour.

The 27-year-old singer has been teasing Excuse Me, I Love You on her social media pages, taking to Instagram to share behind-the-scenes photos and first look videos. You can see a clip she shared to her page below.

Excuse Me, I Love You follows a string of original music documentaries on Netflix, including Gaga: Five Foot Two (2017), Travis Scott: Look Mom I Can Fly (2019), Homecoming: A Film By Beyoncé (2019), and Taylor Swift: Miss Americana (2020).

Netflix seems like a no-brainer for these types of concert movies, and reportedly, they were involved in a bidding war for Ariana Grande’s new project. According to Capital FM, YouTube was another major platform who wanted to release the doc.

Expect fun behind-the-scenes bits, emotional moments, and of course, awesome music, when Ariana Grande: Excuse Me, I Love You hits Netflix late tonight.
