BJ Novak (Ryan Howard)

BJ Novak’s character Ryan Howard has many personalities throughout his time on The Office. He was a lowly intern, a corporate wunderkind, and an obnoxious hipster. Like Kaling, Novak wrote many episodes of The Office while juggling his on-screen on-again-off-again relationship with Kelly Kapoor. Novak is writing, directing, and has a role in the film Vengeance, which is filming right now. His character’s name is Ben Manalowitz, and the movie should release in 2021. It’s about a radio host who attempts to solve the murder of his girlfriend. Novak doesn’t post very often, but he is on Instagram.

Paul Lieberstein (Toby Flenderson)

Paul Lieberstein is Michael Scott’s sworn nemesis in the Human Resources department of Dunder Mifflin. His character Toby has a minimal presence on The Office because Lieberstein was busy writing many episodes. Some of his more recent work includes being an executive producer of the shows Ghosted and Space Force. Lieberstein wrote one episode for each show too. He’s on Instagram but only has five posts. His humor shows through in his bio by stating he is a “Model, personal trainer, psychic to the stars.”
