Queer Eye’s Karamo Brown competed on The Challenge

Welcome, one and all! There’s nothing quite like a good crossover, like when That’s So Suite Life of Hannah Montana first aired on Disney Channel in 2006, combining That’s So Raven, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, and Hannah Montana into one legendary mash-up. It’s fun to see actors or celebrities that you’re a fan of appearing in a piece of media, especially when you weren’t expecting to see them there.

Fans of The Challenge are having a mash-up moment on the internet after realizing that Queer Eye’s Karamo Brown appeared on the reality game show in 2005. Now that The Challenge is on Netflix, people are just now starting to notice! He was on the tenth season of the show, which was titled Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Inferno II. The season was added to the streaming platform on December 15, 2020.

You can check out one fan’s reaction to Karamo’s presence on the MTV series below.

If I was a fan of The Challenge, I would be so excited to see Karamo lurking in the background. I am a huge fan of Queer Eye and I have seen every episode of the Netflix reboot. Karamo Brown is the show’s culture and lifestyle expert, so he helps all of the heroes deal with their issues in a supportive environment. Basically, it’s his job to make viewers cry at least once per episode.

The Netflix star also appeared on The Real World: Philadelphia from 2004 until 2005, but that season isn’t available on the streaming platform. Now that I know Karamo was on The Challenge, I might have to check it out!
