If you’re in the mood for an action movie, there’s only one place to look. Braven starring Jason Momoa will be on Netflix tonight.

The movie will be available in just a few short hours. It drops at 3:01 a.m. ET and 12:01 a.m. PT.

While it is one of those movies that received mixed reviews, it’s excellent for Momoa fans. You’ll also get the feeling of this time of the year with all the snow surrounding the cabin.

What is Braven about?

Momoa stars as Joe Braven, a man who asks his dad to come with him to close the cabin for the winter months. It’s not common for him to ask his dad for help, but he’ll be glad he did on this occasion.

It turns out a drug trafficking ring has stashed a load of drugs in the same cabin after running off the road. The kingpin is on his way to the cabin, only to realize that the owners are there.

Now it’s a case of kill or be killed. Can Joe and his father defend the cabin and their lives? Will they be able to just give the trafficking ring the drugs back and get on with their day?

It doesn’t help that Joe’s wife and daughter also head up to the cabin. Not only does Joe need to look out for himself, but he needs to make sure the women in his life aren’t harmed in any way.

While the audience has given the movie mixed reviews on Google, Rotten Tomatoes offers a slightly better score. Both audiences and critics are in the mid-70s when it comes to praise. It’s definitely one of the better kill-or-be-killed type movies of recent years, and we’re not complaining about more Jason Momoa.
