Angela’s Christmas Wish is a superb sequel to the beloved Angela’s Christmas that was released back in 2017. The next chapter has Academy Award nominee Ruth Negga return to the role of Angela along with Lucy O’Connell and Brendan Mullins. Damien O’Connor, who co-wrote and directed the first affair, had the difficult task of doing both once again for Angela’s Christmas Wish after having used up all the source material from the Frank McCourt written story that inspired Angela’s Christmas.
