In her post-bad day daze, Gabriela enters a “Win an Inn” contest in the New Zealand countryside. Suddenly, she finds herself overseas as the owner of a crumbling inn. She hires contractor Jake Taylor (Adam Demos) to help with the renovations to sell the inn, but as the two grow closer as they work together on sprucing up the place, Gabriela finds herself hesitant to leave them both behind.
