Cursed premiered on Netflix in July, and it’s already one of the most popular Netflix shows of the month. The series, which features characters from Arthurian legend, is based on the illustrated novel of the same name by Tom Wheeler and Frank Miller.

The series follows Nimue, played Katherine Langford, a young woman with magical powers who must deliver a sword of great power to Merlin, played by Gustaf Skarsgard. Nimue meets a bunch of familiar characters along the way.

Devon Terrell, Daniel Sharman, Shalom Brune-Franklin, Lily Newmark, Peter Mullan, Sebastian Armesto, Billy Jenkins, Emily Coates, and Bella Dayne star in the series, along with Langford and Skarsgard.

We’re hopeful that Cursed will be renewed for season 2 at Netflix! It’s more than a little concerning that we haven’t heard if Cursed is coming back for season 2 at this time. The show was released in July.
