I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but The Notebook is leaving Netflix next month.

Fear not, though, because there are a bunch of other movies on Netflix that feature Rachel McAdams. Without further ado, let’s go through them!

While The Notebook tells a timeless love story, Rachel McAdams is a great actress who has appeared in a wide variety of films. On Netflix, you can find several movies that feature her, including Spotlight, Morning Glory, About Time, The Little Prince, and Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga.

Based on true events, Spotlight is one of my all-time favorite biographical films. McAdams plays Sacha Pfeiffer, an award-winning journalist who helped to investigate cases of omnipresent child sex abuse in the Boston area by Roman Catholic priests for The Boston Globe.

The film also stars Mark Ruffalo, Michael Keaton, John Slattery, and Stanley Tucci. Similarly, McAdams plays an aspiring news producer struggling to revive a morning talk show in Morning Glory.

The Little Prince, based on the children’s book of the same name by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, is a film that tells the story of a little girl hearing the story for the first time. Rachel McAdams voices the mother in this animated adaption.

McAdams stars alongside Domhnall Gleeson and Bill Nighy in About Time. The film is about a man named Tim who has the ability to time travel. Over the course of the movie, Tim learns some hard lessons about life, love, and family. Ultimately, he must deal with the consequences of his time traveling, both positive and negative.

In Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga, Rachel McAdams and Will Ferrell play a pair of Icelandic singers who are given the opportunity to represent their country at the famed Eurovision Song Contest.

Unfortunately, there are no other movies available on Netflix that feature Ryan Gosling.

When is the Notebook leaving Netflix?

The classic love story will be leaving the streaming service on December 31, 2020. Make sure to fit in one more viewing of The Notebook before it’s gone!
