Jeronicus Jangle is a genius inventor who’s lost nearly everything thanks to a betrayal by a man he called his friend. In danger of losing his shop, Jangle has to come up with a special creation or his life’s work will be lost to him forever.
His granddaughter Journey is determined to help him, but her efforts put the family in the cross-hairs of the man who betrayed Jangle before. He’s chomping at the bit to steal Buddy, the toy Jangle had been hiding in his attic, and if he succeeds at claiming the invention for his own it will finally close Jangle and Things for good.
7. A Cinderella Story: Christmas Wish
In the fifth installment of the Cinderella Story, Kat Decker is a songwriter with a dream. All she wants is for her voice and her words to be heard, but she spends most of her time under the thumb of her wicked stepsisters and her even wickeder stepmother.
Besides songwriting, Kat’s one source of comfort outside of her wretched family is working as an elf at Santa Land. She gets to sing and work with her best friend, Isla, not to mention the new guy Nick is pretty great.
What Kat doesn’t know, however, is that Nick is actually Dominic Wintergarden, the son of Santa Land’s owner. Nick sees something special in her, and he wants to get to know her better so he invites her to the Wintergarden charity event.
Too bad her family is fixing to meddle and get in her way. Kat will have to call on every shred of courage she has to finally step out of the shadows and take back everything they’ve taken from her.
